Hollywood Field Trip #23

To see if you're eligible, please contact Gen (or click button below) with a brief about your background, your bio, any links to films you have made or written, with a sample of your screenwriting. Please read further requirements below. Any questions regarding eligibility, just ask.
 
COST:
If accepted, Early Bird price is £1200 (Standard price £1500).  We offer payment instalments if required.

Who can apply?

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING US ON THE HOLLYWOOD FIELD TRIP PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY! 

 

Due to the competitive nature of the spots available, we need to ensure that all interested parties meet the minimum professional requirements in order to partake on the Field Trip. Please email Genevieve at genjoll@sbcglobal.com with your background/resume/details and also if you have any questions in whether you would qualify. Please remember that currently this Program is only eligible for non U.S citizens. You can be a dual U.S. Citizen. The reason being that we are providing an outlet for non U.S filmmakers to access Hollywood, in addition to bringing international talent into the offices of Hollywood producers, managers and agents. 

 

Qualifications:

For Writers: You must have at least completed two feature screenplays or teleplays; and have other projects to pitch executives. 

For Filmmakers: You must have directed one short film, one feature film or one television programme; and have at least one project to pitch executives. Writing and directing is a bonus but not required.

For Producers: You must have worked on one short film or one feature film, or one television programme; and have at least one project to pitch executives. 

 

Enrolment is limited.

Cost?

The Hollywood Field Trip: £1200.00 Early Bird special, £1500 Regular Price.

We can break up the price into instalments. Paying via instalments can allow you to reserve the early bird price. Refunds on installments follow our cancellation policy (see below.) Once eligibility has been established, contact Genevieve at genjoll@sbcglobal.net to discuss instalment options.

 

Please Note: This fee includes all meetings and workshops, transport to and from the hotel (not including to and from the airport). Participants are responsible for flights, accommodation, meals, travel insurance and any other expenses. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund/Cancellation Policy for The Hollywood Field Trip


If cancelled more than six weeks in advance of the start of a session the applicant will receive 50% of their initial registration back. For installment payments, registrant will receive back 50% of what they have paid prior to the date of cancellation.

If cancelled less than six weeks prior to the start date of a session the applicant will not be entitled to a refund. 

 

The applicant will receive their refund within and no more than 30 days from their initial request of the refund.

The Hollywood Field Trip reserves the right to cancel for any reason the attendance of a paid applicant at any time prior to the commencement of the Hollywood Field Trip for which the applicant has registered.  In this case, the removed applicant will receive a full refund which will be returned no more than 30 days from the initial cancellation notice.
